On January 21, 2017, Floridians representing a diverse array of communities and backgrounds will join together for a Women’s Rally at Miami’s Bayfront Park at 1pm as part of a national day of action on the first day of the new administration. The South Florida Rally will coincide with the Women’s March on Washington DC and will seek to inspire those in attendance to get involved with nonprofits and issue organizations at their local, state, and national level. Women and men within the community will speak about how this administration might affect all aspects of human rights. This is an inclusive rally, open to everyone who supports women’s rights.
